IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Last ice check was 14-15". We will continue to check and will have updates on the Beaver Classic Facebook page.

We will not be providing concessions during the event this year so plan accordingly. We will have the Italian Buffet and late night pizza at the banquet.

The Yetti raffle tickets will be For Sale starting at 2pm on Friday, January 16th inside the Yetti parked across from the registration trailer.

If you registered after the December 17th deadline you will not be receiving a swag bag or t-shirt. You will still need to check-in at the registration trailer to receive your wristband which is required to attend the event.

NEW THIS YEAR
We hear you! Each year, we listen to feedback in an effort to make our event even more efficient, successful and impactful for everyone. Here are some new features for this years' event:
1.
We are selling raffle tickets for a chance to win one of three grand prizes,
1. 8x16 Yetti Ice House
2. $1,000 CASH
3. Eskimo Hub 850 XD
The raffle tickets are $20/each and will be sold prior to the event at various locations.
*There will only be 2500 tickets sold*

Time changes -- The tournament start time this year will be 9am and the tournament ends at 3pm. The banquet doors WILL NOT be open until 4pm. This will allow time to pack up fishing gear & get ready for the evening. The doors will be locked to the banquet center for participants until 4pm. See 'Event Details' page for more info.

The cornhole tournament was a huge success last year. We will continue the tournament and add boards so more teams can participate. The tournament will be held at the banquet and will begin after the raffle drawings & silent auction winner announcement. Sign-up for the cornhole tournament on Saturday when banquet doors open at 4pm.

In order to simplify the fish weighing process and in attempt to make the derby more fair to all participants, we are moving back to one fish class which will include walleye, northern, bass, crappie, sunfish, and perch. No rough fish and all fish must be 4" plus to be weighed.
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Cowing Robards Sports in Alexandria, MN for 'Beaver Classic' apparel.
There will be a variety of new clothing options that can be purchased directly through Cowing Robards.

We have a more simplified online registration system that will require each participant to register separately in order to have the mandated waiver form signed. This will expedite the check-in process when you arrive.
There is now a separate registration tab for Children and Toddlers so we can continue the tradition of presenting all participating children with a gift at the banquet. We will also be handing out a child swag bag this year!

ABOUT US
The "Beaver Classic" is a registered non-profit event with the goal to provide future support to Beaver's daughters after unexpectedly losing their father for financial security.
The 2025 proceeds also went towards Alexandria Tech Scholarship Recipient's, Elk River High School 'Bassers' Fishing Team and the 4th of July fireworks display at Arrowwood Resort on Lake Darling.
